The 80 Pine Street Amenity Center offers over 12,000 sq feet of flexible meeting and event space in Manhattan’s re-imagined Seaport District. Located on the 22nd floor, the Center’s integrated meeting spaces and state-of-the-art technology will allow your group to easily connect during your next off-site, conference or team building event.
From the 23rd floor, our Terrace offers panoramic views of lower Manhattan including the Seaport and the East River, plus a glimpse of the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. Accommodating up to 150 people, this outdoor space is the perfect location to host a happy hour, reception or other corporate celebration.
